AB876-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB876-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 8: after "county" insert "having a population of 100,000 or more, as shown in the 1990 federal decennial census of population,".

AB876-AA1,1,9 2. Page 3, line 14: after "statutes" insert ", except that the county may not use any moneys distributed under this subsection to investigate or prosecute an alleged violation of section 948.02 (1) or (2) or 948.09 if the person accused of the alleged violation was, at the time of the alleged violation, under 18 years of age unless the accused was, at the time of the alleged violation, more than 4 years older than the alleged victim.".
