AB935-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB935-AA1,1,2 21. Page 4, line 24: delete "85% of".

AB935-AA1,1,3 32. Page 5, line 4: delete "70%" and substitute "85%".

AB935-AA1,1,4 43. Page 5, line 7: delete "beginning in 2012" and substitute "in 2012 to 2014".

AB935-AA1,1,5 54. Page 5, line 8: delete "50%" and substitute "70%".

AB935-AA1,1,6 65. Page 5, line 10: after that line insert:

AB935-AA1,1,10 7"(d) Except as provided under sub. (4), beginning in 2015, the annual mercury
8emissions of a major utility may not exceed 50% of the annual mercury emissions of
9the major utility in the year 2000, as determined by the department using the
10methodology under sub. (1m).".
