AR2-AA4,1,3 " Section 11m. Assembly rule 11 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:

AR2-AA4,1,7 Assembly Rule 11 (1) A majority of any committee constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. Solely for the purpose of determining a quorum of a committee necessary to hold a public hearing, a member who is connected to the hearing by means of a 2-way, audiovisual transmission shall be considered present.".
