AR2-AA9,1,3 " Section 14m. Assembly rule 26 (7) of the statutes is created to read:

AR2-AA9,1,6 Assembly Rule 26 (7) No person, except a person specified in rule 25 (3), may possess or use in the assembly chamber a microphone designed to pick up conversation more than 10 feet away from the microphone.".
