SB105-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB105-SA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 12: delete "include the".

SB105-SA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 and 14 and substitute: "include bond proceeds used to do any of the following in determining compliance with the limitation under this paragraph:

SB105-SA2,1,6 1. To refund other bonds of the district.

SB105-SA2,1,7 2. To make a deposit into a special debt service reserve fund under s. 229.74.

SB105-SA2,1,8 3. To pay issuance costs of the bond issuance.

SB105-SA2,1,9 4. To pay capitalized interest costs on bonds.

SB105-SA2,1,10 5. To pay any original issue discount.".
