ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 1997 SENATE BILL 146

SB146-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB146-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 6: delete "to (c)".

SB146-AA1,1,6 2. Page 1, line 12: delete that line and substitute "or 341.61 (2) or (3), but not both. In addition, no violation of s. 341.15 (3) (a) may be prosecuted under this section unless a uniform traffic citation is issued for the violation.".

SB146-AA1,1,10 3. Page 2, line 5: after "violation." insert "The uniform traffic citation shall contain the vehicle identification number of the vehicle involved in the violation if that vehicle's registration number is not known to the traffic officer at the time of the violation.".

SB146-AA1,1,11 4. Page 3, line 8: on lines 8, 13 and 16, delete "to (c)".
