SB147-AA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB147-AA2,1,3 1. Page 5, line 11: after that line insert:

SB147-AA2,1,4 " Section 13m. 196.28 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB147-AA2,1,7 196.28 (1m) For purposes of sub. (1), the commission shall consider a rate or charge for the provision of water or sewer service by a mobile home park contractor or mobile home park operator to be reasonable if any of the following is satisfied:

SB147-AA2,1,10 (a) The rate or charge is equal to the total cost incurred by the contractor or operator in providing the water or sewer service, including supply, maintenance, capital or regulatory compliance costs.

SB147-AA2,1,12 (b) The rate or charge is equal to the rate or charge of the nearest municipal utility that provides a comparable service.".
