SB227-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 17: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 2, and substitute:

SB227-SA1,1,4 " Section 3m. 343.32 (2) (bt) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB227-SA1,1,6 343.32 (2) (bt) The scale adopted by the secretary may not assess any demerit points for a violation of s. 346.922, 347.06 (1m) or 347.48 (2m) (b), (c) or (d) or (4) (a).".
