SB23-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB23-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 7: delete "and the" and substitute ", the".

SB23-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 7: after "Inc.," insert "and to certain school districts".

SB23-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 8: after " Ltd.," insert "and school district".

SB23-AA1,1,6 4. Page 2, line 10: after "(a)" insert "and to school districts under s. 165.86 (4)".

SB23-AA1,1,7 5. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

SB23-AA1,1,8 " Section 6g. 165.86 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

SB23-AA1,2,2 165.86 (4) Enter into an agreement with any school district that conducts programs and activities for its students relating to drug abuse resistance education to fund such programs and activities from the appropriation under s. 20.455 (2) (jp) if the school district does not receive any programs and activities relating to drug abuse resistance education from D.A.R.E. Wisconsin, Ltd.".
