ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 4, TO 1997 SENATE BILL 23

SB23-AA4,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB23-AA4,1,5 1. Page 1, line 7: before "and the" insert ", the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority, the Marshfield's Children's Hospital at Marshfield Clinic".

SB23-AA4,1,8 2. Page 2, line 1: delete "and to" and substitute ", the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority, the Marshfield's Children's Hospital at Marshfield Clinic and".

SB23-AA4,1,9 3. Page 2, line 12: delete " charitable" and substitute "certain".

SB23-AA4,1,12 4. Page 2, line 13: before the 2nd "and" insert ", the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority, the Marshfield's Children's Hospital at Marshfield Clinic".

SB23-AA4,2,1 5. Page 2, line 14: delete "to".

SB23-AA4,2,2 6. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

SB23-AA4,2,3 " Section 6r. 233.04 (11) of the statutes is created to read:

SB23-AA4,2,5 233.04 (11) Use any moneys received from the secretary of administration under s. 16.25 for the sole purpose of the operation of its children's hospital.".

SB23-AA4,2,6 7. Page 4, line 24: delete "One-third" and substitute "One-fifth".

SB23-AA4,2,7 8. Page 5, line 1: delete "Two-thirds" and substitute "Four-fifths".
