SB262-AA5,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB262-AA5,1,4 1. Page 11, line 14: after "regulation." insert "(1)", which was deleted by senate amendment 1 to senate substitute amendment 2.

SB262-AA5,1,6 2. Page 11, line 14: delete "A city" and substitute "Except as provided in sub. (1m), a city".

SB262-AA5,1,9 3. Page 11, line 16: delete the material beginning with "No" and ending with "subchapter." on line 20, as affected by senate amendment 1 to senate substitute amendment 2.

SB262-AA5,1,10 4. Page 11, line 21: before that line insert:

SB262-AA5,2,2 "(1m) A city, village, town or county that has in effect before the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date], an ordinance that regulates the practice of massage therapy or bodywork may continue to enforce the ordinance against any person, including a person who is issued a license of registration by the department under this subchapter, and may amend the ordinance.".
