SB285-SA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB285-SA5,1,2 1. Page 13, line 8: delete lines 8 to 11.

SB285-SA5,1,3 2. Page 13, line 11: after that line insert:

SB285-SA5,1,4 " Section 43m. 30.66 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB285-SA5,1,8 30.66 (3) (b) No person may operate a personal watercraft at a speed in excess of slow-no-wake within 100 feet of any other boat or the shoreline of any lake. This paragraph does not apply if s. 30.69 (3) (a), (c) or (d) applies to the operation of the personal watercraft.".
