SB3-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

SB3-AA3,1,3 1. Page 2, line 17: delete "is not capable of neutralizing acid mine drainage" and substitute "has a net acid generating potential".

SB3-AA3,1,5 2. Page 3, line 3: delete "is not capable of neutralizing acid mine drainage" and substitute "has a net acid generating potential".
