21. Page 3, line 6: after the period insert "If a part of a mining operation is closed
3independently of the rest of the mining operation and if the department determines
4that the part of the mining operation that is closed can properly be evaluated under
5this paragraph apart from the rest of the mining operation, the department may base
6its determination under this paragraph on the part of the mining operation that is
7closed.".
