SB3-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB3-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 6: delete "section, "sulfide" and substitute "section:".

SB3-SA1,1,4 (a) "Pollution" means degradation that results in an adjudicated violation of an environmental law.

SB3-SA1,1,5 (b) "Sulfide".

SB3-SA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 13: delete "of similar geological characteristics".
