SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1997 SENATE BILL 313

SB313-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB313-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 3: delete "of $50 per year".

SB313-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 4: delete lines 4 and 5 and substitute "agent for the purposes of determining and enforcing compliance with s. 134.66 (2), or an ordinance enacted under s. 134.66 (5), by retailers. If a city, village or town elects not to charge".

SB313-SA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 6: delete "the $50" and substitute "a".

SB313-SA1,1,7 4. Page 3, line 7: delete "of $50 per year".

SB313-SA1,1,9 5. Page 3, line 7: delete the material beginning with "for" and ending with "s. 134.66 (5)" on line 8 and substitute "for these purposes".
