SB315-AA10,1,4 " Section 10m. 153.03 of the statutes is created to read:

SB315-AA10,1,10 153.03 Unique health identifier system; prohibition. Notwithstanding ss. 153.05 (1), (5) and (8) and 153.50, the department may not collect patient-identifiable data until the department has implemented a unique health identifier system in conformity with the standards promulgated as regulations by the secretary of the federal department of health and human services under 42 USC 1320d-2 (b).".
