SB315-AA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB315-AA2,1,3 1. Page 12, line 7: delete "special" and substitute "special".

SB315-AA2,1,5 2. Page 12, line 8: delete "data compilations or" and substitute "data compilations or".

SB315-AA2,1,6 3. Page 12, line 9: after that line insert:

SB315-AA2,1,7 " Section 44d. 153.45 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB315-AA2,1,10 153.45 (1m) After completion of data verification and review procedures specified by the department by rule, the department may, but is not required to, release special data compilations.".

SB315-AA2,1,12 4. Page 12, line 12: delete "shall" and substitute "shall may, but is not required to,".

SB315-AA2,2,1 5. Page 14, line 22: after "may" insert ", but is not required to,".
