SB315-AA27,1,4 2. Page 4, line 17: after that line insert:

SB315-AA27,1,5 "(4e) "Employer" has the meaning given in s. 101.01 (4).".

SB315-AA27,1,6 3. Page 6, line 8: after that line insert:

SB315-AA27,1,7 " Section 17m. 153.05 (5m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB315-AA27,1,10 153.05 (5m) The department shall require employers to submit to the department information concerning the number of occupational injuries that occur each year.".
