SB315-AA6,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

Page 2, line 21: delete lines 21 and 22 and substitute "may neither be nor represent health care providers, including at least 5 physicians, as defined in s. 448.01 (5); one registered nurse, licensed under s. 441.06; and one record administrator, registered by the American Medical Record Association. The State".
