SB316-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB316-SA2,1,3 1. Page 10, line 14: before "and as" insert "and as amended by the provisions of P.L. 105-33 and P.L. 105-34 that take effect before January 1, 1998,".

SB316-SA2,1,6 2. Page 10, line 21: delete "and P.L. 104-193" and substitute ", P.L. 104-193 and the provisions of P.L. 105-33 and P.L. 105-34 that take effect before January 1, 1998".
