SB329-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB329-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB329-AA2,1,3 " Section 1e. 40.05 (2) (ar) of the statutes is renumbered 40.05 (2) (ar) 1.

SB329-AA2, s. 1m Section 1m. 40.05 (2) (ar) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

SB329-AA2,1,10 40.05 (2) (ar) 2. If a participating employe is employed by 2 or more participating employers and performs services for each participating employer that are covered under s. 40.65, but his or her services for at least one of the participating employers does not qualify as participating employment under the Wisconsin retirement system, then all of his or her participating employers shall make contributions under subd. 1. for that participating employe.".
