SB35-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB35-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: after "person" insert ", other than a nonprofit organization,".

SB35-AA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

SB35-AA2,1,6 "(am) "Nonprofit organization" means an organization described in section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code which is exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code.".

SB35-AA2,1,7 3. Page 2, line 3: after "person" insert ", other than a nonprofit organization,".
