SB357-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB357-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute:

SB357-AA1,1,4 3" Section 1. 115.28 (3m) (a) of the statutes, as affected by 1997 Wisconsin Act
427, is amended to read:

SB357-AA1,1,95 115.28 (3m) (a) Supervise and audit the receipts and expenditures of the
6cooperative educational service agencies, conduct program review of the agencies,
7approve agency evaluations, supervise boundary reorganization where necessary,
8advise the administrators of the agencies and provide assistance in organizing the
9agencies throughout the state.

SB357-AA1, s. 1m 10Section 1m. 115.28 (8) of the statutes is repealed.".
