SB378-AA2,1,3 1. Page 13, line 13: after that line insert:

SB378-AA2,1,7 "(em) Family planning services prohibited. The applicant agrees in the grant application that, as a condition for receiving moneys awarded under the grant, the applicant will not provide with or refer for family planning services, as defined in s. 253.07 (1) (b), any person receiving services under the program under this section.".
