SB378-AA6,1,3 1. Page 6, line 18: after that line insert:

SB378-AA6,1,8 "(c) Grants to additional counties or tribes. The department may not award a grant to any county or tribe that is not selected under par. (a) unless all of the counties selected under par. (a) have shown a reduction in the number of substantiated reports of child abuse or neglect under s. 48.981 for at least one calendar year after their selection.".
