SB423-SA1,1,2 21. Page 45, line 8: after "effective" insert "under s. 181.0123".

SB423-SA1,1,3 32. Page 98, line 19: delete "181.0883" and substitute "181.0889".

SB423-SA1,1,4 43. Page 175, line 7: delete "members" and substitute "policyholders".

SB423-SA1,1,5 54. Page 176, line 18: after "181.39" insert ", subject".

SB423-SA1,1,10 65. Page 176, line 19: delete that line and substitute "181.1002 (1), 181.1003,
7181.1005 and 181.1006, except that papers required by those sections to be filed with
8the department of financial institutions shall instead be filed with the commissioner.
9Subject to sub. (3), the stock corporation or mutual may amend its articles in any
10desired".
