SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1997 SENATE BILL 47

SB47-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB47-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete "Any" and substitute "A customized".

SB47-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

SB47-SA1,1,4 " Section 1m. 19.32 (1am) of the statutes is created to read:

SB47-SA1,1,7 19.32 (1am) "Customized work product" means an assemblage of information derived from one or more records which is organized or formatted to fulfill a specific request, and which does not exist as a record at the time the request is made.".

SB47-SA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 17: delete the material beginning with "any" and ending with "(1m)" on line 18 and substitute "a customized work product".

SB47-SA1,1,10 4. Page 3, line 8: delete "under sub. (1m)".
