SB494-AA3,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB494-AA3,1,5 1. Page 11, line 22: delete lines 22 to 24 and substitute "delinquency. (a) Approvals covered. This subsection applies to an individual who is applying for, or applying to renew, any of the following approvals:".

SB494-AA3,1,6 2. Page 12, line 6: delete lines 6 to 9.

SB494-AA3,1,7 3. Page 12, line 10: delete "1.".

SB494-AA3,1,8 4. Page 12, line 20: delete lines 20 to 23.
