AB1-SSA1-SA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB1-SSA1-SA4,1,3 21. Page 5 line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 6, line 10, and substitute:
AB1-SSA1-SA4,1,6 4"(4) Calculation. (a) A claimant who is a resident and married and filed a joint
51998 Wisconsin income tax return or 1998 homestead credit claim shall be eligible
6for a rebate in one of the following amounts:
AB1-SSA1-SA4,1,87 1. If the couple's 1998 Wisconsin adjusted gross income is not more than
8$25,000, $370.
AB1-SSA1-SA4,1,109 2. If the couple's 1998 Wisconsin adjusted gross income is more than $25,000
10but not more than $50,000, $378.
AB1-SSA1-SA4,1,1211 3. If the couple's 1998 Wisconsin adjusted gross income is more than $50,000
12but not more than $75,000, $397.

14. If the couple's 1998 Wisconsin adjusted gross income is more than $75,000,

AB1-SSA1-SA4,2,73 (b) A claimant who is a resident and single and filed a 1998 Wisconsin income
4tax return or 1998 homestead credit claim, or who is a resident and married and filed
5a separate 1998 Wisconsin income tax return, or who is a resident and filed a 1998
6Wisconsin income tax return as a head of household, shall be eligible for a rebate in
7one of the following amounts:
AB1-SSA1-SA4,2,98 1. If the individual's 1998 Wisconsin adjusted gross income is not more than
9$25,000, $189.
AB1-SSA1-SA4,2,1110 2. If the individual's 1998 Wisconsin adjusted gross income is more than
11$25,000 but not more than $37,500, $199.
AB1-SSA1-SA4,2,1312 3. If the individual's 1998 Wisconsin adjusted gross income is more than
13$37,500, $210.".
