AB105-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB105-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: after "8.065," insert "where applicable,".

AB105-AA3,1,3 2. Page 3, line 19: after "(7)" insert ", but does not apply to a county".

AB105-AA3,1,4 3. Page 6, line 1: after " 8.065," insert "where applicable,".

AB105-AA3,1,5 4. Page 6, line 13: delete lines 13 to 23.

AB105-AA3,1,8 5. Page 10, line 11: after " 8.065" insert "or, if the municipal governing body is a county board of supervisors, at any regular or special election called by the municipal clerk".

AB105-AA3,1,10 6. Page 11, line 10: after " (3)" insert "or, in the case of a county, at the next ensuing election if in either case that election is".
