AB133-ASA1-AA2-AA25,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:
AB133-ASA1-AA2-AA25,1,2 21. Page 66, line 11: delete lines 11 to 15 and substitute:
AB133-ASA1-AA2-AA25,1,4 3"20.926 Use of billboards. (1) No state constitutional officer, other than the
4governor, may do any of the following:
AB133-ASA1-AA2-AA25,1,75 (a) Place his or her name or any picture or other likeness of himself or herself
6on a billboard or on any other outdoor sign that is used for the purpose of advertising
7or providing information to the public.
AB133-ASA1-AA2-AA25,1,118 (b) Authorize or in any way cause another person to place the constitutional
9officer's name or any picture or other likeness of himself or herself on a billboard or
10on any other outdoor sign that is used for the purpose of advertising or providing
11information to the public.

1(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply if the placement of the state constitutional
2officer's name or any picture or other likeness of himself or herself on the billboard
3or sign is done as part of a lawful campaign expenditure or activity.".".

5with page 585, line 6, and substitute:
AB133-ASA1-AA2-AA25,2,19 6""(9t) Treatment of certain billboards. If a state constitutional officer, other
7than the governor, on or before the effective date of this subsection, placed his or her
8name or any picture or other likeness of himself or herself on a billboard or on any
9other outdoor sign that is used for the purpose of advertising or providing
10information to the public or has authorized or in any way caused another person to
11place the constitutional officer's name or any picture or other likeness of himself or
12herself on such a billboard or sign, the state constitutional officer shall take
13appropriate action to ensure, no later than 30 days after the effective date of this
14subsection, that his or her name or any picture or other likeness of himself or herself
15on a billboard or on any other outdoor sign is removed or obstructed in such a manner
16that his or her name or any picture or other likeness of himself or herself is not
17visible. This subsection shall not apply if the placement of the state constitutional
18officer's name or any picture or other likeness of himself or herself on the billboard
19or sign is done as part of a lawful campaign expenditure or activity.".".
