6under 1993 Wisconsin Act 16, section 9115 (1c) and for the grants under 1999

AB133-ASA1-AA22,2,5 9"(7v) Grants to CAP Services, Inc. From the appropriation under section
1020.143 (1) (fg) of the statutes, as affected by this act, the department of commerce
11shall make a grant of $12,500 in each of fiscal years 1999-2000 and 2000-01 to CAP
12Services, Inc., for providing technical assistance and management services to small

1businesses. The grants under this subsection shall be in addition to any grants
2awarded to CAP Services, Inc., under section 560.13 of the statutes, as affected by
3this act. Within 6 months after spending the full amount of each grant under this
4subsection, CAP Services, Inc., shall submit a report to the department of commerce
5detailing how the grant proceeds were used.".
