AB133-ASA1-AA35,1,2 1. Page 1124, line 9: after that line insert:

AB133-ASA1-AA35,1,3 " Section 2135u. 121.07 (6) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB133-ASA1-AA35,1,4 121.07 (6) (b) The "primary ceiling cost per member" is $1,000 $2,000.

AB133-ASA1-AA35, s. 2135w Section 2135w. 121.07 (6) (d) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB133-ASA1-AA35,1,10 121.07 (6) (d) 1. The "secondary ceiling cost per member" in the 1996-97 1999-2000 school year is $6,763, and in each school year thereafter is an amount determined by multiplying the primary ceiling secondary ceiling cost per member in the 1995-96 previous school year by 1.0 plus the rate certified under s. 73.03 (46) expressed as a decimal.

AB133-ASA1-AA35, s. 2135x Section 2135x. 121.07 (7) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB133-ASA1-AA35,2,2 121.07 (7) (a) The "primary guaranteed valuation per member" is $2,000,000 $3,000,000.".

AB133-ASA1-AA35,2,5 "(8e) State aid. The treatment of section 121.07 (6) (b) and (d) 1. and (7) (a) of the statutes first applies to state aid distributed in the 1999-2000 school year.".
