AB133-SSA1-SA12,1,8 "(11wow) Training and equipment for handling methamphetamine by-products. In fiscal year 1999-2000, the secretary of administration shall allocate $100,000 from the appropriation under section 20.505 (6) (pc) of the statutes to the division of narcotics and dangerous drugs in the department of justice for the purpose of providing training and equipment for law enforcement officers to handle by-products of the illegal manufacture of methamphetamine.".
