AB160-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB160-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 14: delete "each" and substitute "a".
AB160-AA1,1,3 32. Page 2, line 15: delete "knew" and substitute "has probable cause to believe".
AB160-AA1,1,4 43. Page 2, line 17: delete lines 17 and 18 and substitute:
AB160-AA1,1,6 5"1. That a person died or is likely to die as a result of the operation of a motor
6vehicle involved in the accident.".
AB160-AA1,1,10 74. Page 2, line 22: after "accident." insert "If a blood specimen has been
8withdrawn from the person for medical reasons in an amount sufficient to provide
910 cc. of blood for testing under this paragraph, that blood shall be used for the
10testing and no additional blood specimen shall be withdrawn from the person.".

5probable causes exists, independent of the analysis results, to believe that at the time
6of the accident the operator was under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances,
7controlled substance analogs or other drugs, or any combination of alcohol,
8controlled substances, controlled substance analogs and other drugs, or had a
9prohibited alcohol concentration.".
