Page 6, line 8: after "business." insert "If providing the accommodation would result in more than 25% of the persons normally on duty in any particular function or operation at the time of the accommodation being temporarily absent from work, it is presumed that the accommodation would pose an undue hardship on the employer's program, enterprise or business.".
