AB182-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB182-AA1,1,6 1. Page 2, line 2: delete lines 2 to 11 and substitute "(1) In this section, "personal information" includes an individual's address, telephone number, social security number, marital status, gender, race, religious affiliation, date or place of birth, place of or type of employment or any other information that may be used to identify an individual.

AB182-AA1,1,9 (2) The department may not enter into any contract or other agreement if, in the performance of the contract or agreement, a prisoner would have access to any personal information relating to an individual who is not a prisoner.".

AB182-AA1,1,11 2. Page 2, line 13: delete "C ontracts for data entry or telemarketing services.".
