AB182-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB182-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete lines 2 and 3 and substitute "(1) In this section:

AB182-AA2,1,3 (a) "Contribution" has the meaning given in s. 440.41 (5).

AB182-AA2,1,4 (b) "Financial transaction card" has the meaning given in s. 943.41 (1) (em).

AB182-AA2,1,5 (c) "Solicit" has the meaning given in s. 440.41 (8).

AB182-AA2,1,7 (d) "Telephone solicitation" means the unsolicited initiation of a telephone conversation for any of the following purposes:

AB182-AA2,1,8 1. To encourage a person to purchase property, goods or services.

AB182-AA2,1,9 2. To solicit a contribution from a person.".

AB182-AA2,1,11 2. Page 2, line 6: delete "or telemarketing services" and substitute "services or telephone solicitation".

AB182-AA2,1,13 3. Page 2, line 10: delete "telemarketing services" and substitute "telephone solicitation".

AB182-AA2,2,2 4. Page 2, line 13: delete " or telemarketing services" and substitute "services or telephone solicitations".
