ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 3, TO 1999 ASSEMBLY BILL 234

AB234-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB234-AA3,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete "an appropriation" and substitute "appropriations".

AB234-AA3,1,3 2. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

AB234-AA3,1,4 " Section 1m. 20.855 (4) (bb) of the statutes is created to read:

AB234-AA3,1,8 20.855 (4) (bb) Election fund court fee supplement. A sum sufficient equal to the amounts determined by the director of state courts under s. 758.19 (8), to be transferred from the general fund to the Wisconsin election campaign fund annually on August 16.".

AB234-AA3,1,9 3. Page 2, line 10: delete " and (ba)" and substitute ", (ba) and (bb)".

AB234-AA3,1,10 4. Page 2, line 14: after that line insert:

AB234-AA3,1,11 " Section 2m. 758.19 (8) of the statutes is created to read:

AB234-AA3,2,2 758.19 (8) Annually no later than August 15, the director of state courts shall certify to the secretary of administration the total amount collected by this state during the preceding fiscal year by multiplying each of the fees paid under s. 814.61 (1) (a) during that fiscal year by $1.".
