AB244-ASA2,1,3 An Act to create 20.235 (1) (a) of the statutes; relating to: supplementing financial aid programs administered by the higher educational aids board and making an appropriation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB244-ASA2, s. 1 Section 1. 20.235 (1) (a) of the statutes is created to read:

AB244-ASA2,1,7 20.235 (1) (a) Supplement to grant programs. A sum sufficient equal to $9,000,000 to supplement the appropriations under pars. (b), (fd), (fe), (ff), (fg) and (fj).

AB244-ASA2, s. 2 Section 2. Effective date.

AB244-ASA2,1,9 (1) This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
