ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1999 ASSEMBLY BILL 266

AB266-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB266-ASA1-AA1,1,5 1. Page 1, line 2: delete the material beginning with "requiring" and ending with "Internet" on line 4 and substitute "reimbursing school districts for providing Internet management software or services on computers connected to the Internet and making an appropriation".

AB266-ASA1-AA1,1,7 2. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 2, line 8, and substitute:

AB266-ASA1-AA1,1,8 " Section 2m. 20.275 (1) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB266-ASA1-AA1,1,11 20.275 (1) (c) Internet management software and services. A sum sufficient to pay school districts for costs related to Internet management software and services under s. 44.72 (5).".

AB266-ASA1-AA1,1,12 3. Page 2, line 9: delete "120.12 (26)" and substitute "44.72 (5)".

AB266-ASA1-AA1,2,1 4. Page 2, line 10: delete "120.12 (26)" and substitute "44.72 (5)".

AB266-ASA1-AA1,2,4 5. Page 3, line 1: delete "Provide" and substitute "From the appropriation under s. 20.275 (1) (c), the board shall pay to each school district the amount spent by that school district to provide".

AB266-ASA1-AA1,2,7 6. Page 3, line 2: after the period insert "A school district is eligible for reimbursement under this paragraph regardless of when the school district purchased the software or services.".

AB266-ASA1-AA1,2,9 7. Page 3, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 2.
