AB266-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB266-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

AB266-ASA1-AA2,1,3 " Section 3m. 121.91 (4) (h) of the statutes is created to read:

AB266-ASA1-AA2,1,7 121.91 (4) (h) The limit otherwise applicable to the school district's revenue in the current school year under sub. (2m) is increased by an amount equal to the cost of providing Internet management software or services under s. 196.218 (4r) (i) in the current school year.".

AB266-ASA1-AA2,1,9 " Section 5m. Initial applicability.

AB266-ASA1-AA2,2,3 (1) The treatment of section 121.91 (4) (h) of the statutes first applies to the calculation of a school district's revenue limit for the school year beginning after the effective date of this subsection.".
