AB266-SSA1,1,2 An Act to create 120.12 (27) of the statutes; relating to: requiring school boards to adopt policies on Internet use.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB266-SSA1, s. 1 Section 1. 120.12 (27) of the statutes is created to read:

AB266-SSA1,1,6 120.12 (27) Policy on Internet use. Adopt a policy on Internet use that may include the installation or use of software or services to block access to material on the Internet.

AB266-SSA1, s. 2 Section 2. Effective date.

AB266-SSA1,1,8 (1) This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
