Page 2, line 3: after "purpose" insert ", except that the department may not post on the Internet or maintain on the list the name of any person who has reached an agreement or compromise with the department, or the department of justice, under s. 71.92 regarding the payment of delinquent taxes and has started making payments to the department under s. 71.92 (2), (3) or (6)".
