Page 10, line 23: after "activity" insert ", including refusing or stating an intention to refuse to transfer a patient to another physician who will comply with a declaration, as defined in s. 154.02 (1), instrument for power of attorney for health care, as defined in s. 155.01 (10), or health care decision, as defined in s. 155.01 (5), of a health care agent, as defined in s. 155.01 (4)".
