AB324-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB324-AA5,1,2 1. Page 8, line 10: after that line insert:

AB324-AA5,1,3 " Section 12m. 253.09 (5) of the statutes is created to read:

AB324-AA5,1,10 253.09 (5) A person who is adversely affected by, or who reasonably may be expected to be adversely affected by, conduct that is in violation of this section may bring a civil action for injunctive relief, including reinstatement, damages, including damages for emotional or psychological distress, or both injunctive relief and damages. In an action under this subsection, the court shall award reasonable attorney fees, notwithstanding s. 814.04 (1), to a person who obtains injunctive relief, an award of damages or both.".
