AB334-AA1,1,8 "4. The department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection shall investigate and determine whether this paragraph is being violated and, for such purpose, shall have all the powers and authority vested in the department under ch. 93. The department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection may commence an action in the name of the state to recover the forfeiture specified in sub. (4) for a violation of this paragraph.".
