AB343-AA1,1,3 " Section 19m. 7.41 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

AB343-AA1,1,8 7.41 (4) An individual exercising the right under sub. (1) may not view any records to which access by observers is prohibited under s. 7.39 (5). The inspectors shall disclose to such an individual, upon request, the existence of confidential records specified in s. 7.39 (5) and the information required to be provided to observers under s. 7.39 (5).".
