AB351-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB351-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: delete that line and substitute:

AB351-AA1,1,4 " Section 1. 174.042 (1) of the statutes is renumbered 174.042 (1) (a) and amended to read:".

AB351-AA1,1,6 2. Page 1, line 3: delete " Dog running at large. A" and substitute "(a) A Except as provided in par. (b), a".

AB351-AA1,1,8 4. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute:

AB351-AA1,1,9 " Section 2. 174.042 (1) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB351-AA1,2,2 174.042 (1) (b) A dog that is actively engaged in a legal hunting activity, including training, is not considered to be running at large if the dog is monitored or supervised by a person and the dog is on land that is open to hunting or on land on which the person has obtained permission to hunt or to train a dog.".
